Online Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an online order, contact ADVITALS as soon as possible at customerservice@advitals.ca

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not yet entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return provisions of our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

This section does not restrict cancellation rights that may otherwise be available under applicable consumer protection legislation.
