Allmax Taurine 400 g

ALLMAX Taurine (400 g) is a single-ingredient, unflavoured taurine powder from Canadian brand ALLMAX. Each 3 g scoop gives you 3,000 mg of taurine and nothing else, so you control exactly what goes into your shake.

Why lifters add taurine

Taurine is an amino acid that is naturally present in muscle tissue. Many athletes add it to pre-workout or intra-workout drinks as a caffeine-free way to round out their training stack.

At a glance

• 3,000 mg taurine per 3 g scoop
• Roughly 133 servings per 400 g tub
• Unflavoured: mixes into water, juice, pre-workout or electrolyte drinks
• Stimulant-free and caffeine-free
• Vegan and gluten-free tested; produced in a cGMP-registered facility

How to use

Mix 1 scoop (3 g) in 180 to 240 ml of water or juice about 30 minutes before training, or follow the label on your container.
