Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is a high-calorie weight gainer for people who find it hard to eat enough to gain size. One shake adds a large serving of calories, protein and carbohydrates to your day, making it easier to hit the targets of a bulking diet.

Highlights

• 50 g of protein per serving from whey protein concentrate
• Up to 252 g of carbohydrates to help fuel hard training

Available at ADVITALS

• Sizes: 6 lbs and 12 lbs
• Flavour: Chocolate

Serious Mass suits hard-gainers, athletes in a bulking phase, and anyone who needs a convenient way to add calories between meals or after training.

How to use

Mix with water or milk and follow the serving size and directions on the product label. Because the full serving is large, many people split it across the day.

Nutrition values can vary by flavour and production batch, so always check the label on your tub for current ingredients, allergen information (contains milk) and directions. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
