THE BEGINNING

It didn't start with a business plan. It started with a genuine obsession with fitness.

Advit's journey with training began during his college years in India. Over more than 16 years, that interest evolved from workouts into understanding nutrition, recovery, ingredients and why one supplement may be a better fit than another.

Eventually, that passion became ADVITALS — first as an online store, and later as the physical Waterloo store he had dreamed of building.

MEET ADVIT

The passion behind ADVITALS

Advit brings more than 16 years of personal training experience and a long-standing interest in fitness, nutrition and supplementation.

He studied Mechanical Engineering in India, later graduated from Conestoga College's Process Quality Engineering program, and completed a Nutrition Coach certification in Canada.

His favourite part of the business? Researching products, comparing formulations and helping customers understand what actually fits their goals.

ADVITALS is built by two co-owners (ADVIT and AKSHAYA) with different strengths and a shared quality-focused mindset. Akshaya has helped transform this long-standing passion into a growing local business.

From operating the original online store to building the Waterloo retail location, ADVITALS has always been a team effort.
