Shipping availability, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, rural and remote-area conditions, address requirements, and procedures for missing or damaged parcels are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, operational issues, customs or border processes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside ADVITALS's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

13. Local Pickup

Where local pickup is offered at our Waterloo location, customers will receive instructions regarding pickup availability and timing.

Orders should not be considered ready for pickup until ADVITALS has provided confirmation that the order is ready.

Customers collecting an order may be required to provide appropriate order identification or other information reasonably necessary to verify the order.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, missing products, clearance products, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy or these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
